Island Girl Bags strongly values you as a customer and we always respect your privacy. Therefore, careful thought has gone into SSL secure data encryption, and the well-known and trusted shopping cart software for your protection. We will never release your personal information to an outside source other than your own credit card company for billing. The mailing list is a method by which we would like to use to notify you of special promotions and new product offerings. If at any time, you would like to remove yourself from the mailing list, please contact us at customerservice@islandgirlbags.com.
Payment
Payments accepted: MasterCard and Visa through Paypal, funded PayPal, Money Order, Google Checkout, Amazon Payments.
Orders will not ship until payment clears. E-check payments will delay shipping as they take several days to clear. Please contact me if paying by money order.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to your address that you provided when ordering. If you would like it shipped to a different address please contact me before you pay with the correct address. We promise never to over charge on shipping and handling. If the shipping and handling costs are lower than what is paid for, we will refund the difference.
Please allow all custom orders 2-4 weeks. I am the sole seamstress so please allow me ample time to perfect your handbag! If you need something sooner, just give me a shout.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction the most important goal for me. If you are unhappy with the items you receive or if you are not 100% satisfied with the transaction, please contact me so I can try to resolve any problems. Returns may be accepted at 100% of sale price minus shipping costs if you contact me within ten business days. All returns must be unused and in original condition.
To make a return, email customerservice@islandgirlbags.com. Include an order number, a list of the item(s) that you are requesting to return and the reason for return. We must receive the returned package within 30 days for it to be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is eligible, we will refund your credit card or give you “store credit” for other items of your choice.
Please feel free to contact us before ordering if you have any questions regarding our products that you may have. We will gladly tell you more about the items. We can even send you free fabric swatches of the items you are interested in for you to see and feel!
